How quickly will my order arrive?

Our napkins are in stock. Within Belgium and to the Netherlands and Luxembourg, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days; to Germany and France, usually 4–6 working days. We ship with bpost and DPD.

How much is shipping?

€7 in Belgium, €12 to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. From €65 shipping is free to these countries, so a set of 6 napkins ships free. All rates are in our shipping policy.

Can I pick up my order in Antwerp?

Yes, free of charge. Pickup is at the door, by appointment. It is not a shop or showroom. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

How can I pay?

With Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. You'll always see the available payment methods at checkout.

How big is a napkin and what linen is it?

A napkin measures 41 × 41 cm and is made of 100% European linen. Order them individually or in a set of 2, 4 or 6; sets cost less per napkin.

Do the colours look the same in real life?

We photograph as true to life as we can, but screen settings and the natural texture of linen can make a colour look slightly different. Torn between two colours? Just send us a message.

How do I wash linen napkins?

Machine wash at 30–40 °C with a mild detergent, no bleach, and line dry. Ironing is optional: linen gets softer with every wash.

Can you gift-wrap napkins?

Yes. For gifts we wrap your napkins in a linen pouch, also with a smaller set of 2 or 4. Just mention in your order that it's a gift.

Can you embroider a name or monogram?

Yes, personalisation with a name, initials or monogram is possible on all our pieces. Ask via Made-to-order linen or our contact page.

Do you make linen for hospitality and events?

Yes, we make linen to measure in the sizes, colours and quantities you need. LINANT falls under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses: we don't charge VAT and you receive an invoice in the name of your business. More on Made-to-order linen.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are paid by you. Personalised or made-to-measure pieces can't be returned. Read our refund policy.
