Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed via linant.be. The seller is LINANT, Tolstraat 79, bus 2, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, company number 1039.026.782, VAT number BE 1039.026.782, email studio@linant.be.

1. Offer and order

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural variation of linen. An order is concluded when you receive our order confirmation. In case of an obvious price or product error, we may correct or cancel the order and refund any amounts received.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. LINANT is covered by the Belgian special VAT exemption scheme for small businesses; no VAT is charged. Shipping costs and any other charges are shown before you place your order. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver to the countries and addresses available at checkout. The applicable costs and estimated delivery time are shown before payment. More information is available in our shipping policy. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes only when you or a third party designated by you physically receives the goods.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in principle have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from an online purchase without giving any reason. The conditions, procedure, refund and return costs are set out in our returns and refund policy. The direct cost of returning goods is borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised.

5. Made-to-measure

For made-to-measure orders, the specifications, price and expected lead time are confirmed before the order. Please check sizes, colour and finish carefully. The statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to personalised made-to-measure items. Your rights in case of an error, defect or non-conforming delivery remain unaffected.

6. Legal guarantee and complaints

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to consumer goods. An item must match your order and reasonably meet what you may expect of it. Report any problem to studio@linant.be with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We will look for a solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Use of the website and intellectual property

Texts, photographs, designs, logos and other content on the website are protected. This content may not be copied, adapted or distributed commercially without prior written consent, except as permitted by law. You may not use the website for unlawful activities or to disrupt its operation.

8. Liability and force majeure

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory consumer rights where this is not permitted by law. In circumstances beyond our reasonable control we will inform you as soon as possible and look for a suitable solution. If delivery becomes permanently impossible, we will refund the order concerned.

9. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on the website.

10. Applicable law

Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of the country in which the consumer lives. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably via studio@linant.be. You retain the right to bring the matter before a competent court.
